Why do colorsets start out with a good line of colors, then take up most if not all of a column with grayscale/brown colors, and/or have a jumbled mess of colors and barely leaving any room for a higher variety of transparent colors?

Yes, alot of people don't exactly know how to install colorsets without the user-friendly nuances of RTB. Port it please?
