Photoshop image sharing.

I've been trying to upload a clan banner onto Photobucket that I made in Adobe Photoshop.  When I tried to up-load it, it said "Invalid Format!"  I changed the format to .png, .zip, .jpg, and .psd.  None of them worked out.  I think it might because when you open the file, Photoshop opens with it.  Any way to help it so it doesn't open or that Photobucket would upload it will be very helpful.  Thanks.
