Whenever there is a server with 1 person or less, doesn't have RTB v3.3 and with a crappy title, it pisses me off thinking the host will be an idiot/newbie hosting a server with horrible builds and they can't change the server settings.
See, I'd personally go to those servers anyways just to see what it's like.
I wouldn't feel prejudice to someone because they don't have a certain Add-On, or that they haven't had any people join. And if it has less than 1 person, then it's a Dedi, so they can often have interesting builds on them, which can be worth having a look at.
People calling me "ID tribal" because I treat people who have just joined differently.

Personally, I get annoyed by the people who can't respect the fact that they're on my server. That means that the people who join my server and then;
- Complain about what I'm doing.
- Ask to do something entirely unrelated.
- Ask to do something entirely unrelated, especially when I have never met them before and they have only been on the server for a couple of minutes.
- People who complain about the amount of Add-Ons they have to load, despite the fact that if I had none, they'd complain about the server being boring. (Not to make it sound like the Add-Ons on my server are the most interesting things, but they add to the server in ways which I couldn't replicate without them.)
- Order for the people on the server to do something, and the moment it's not going to happen (Even if it will happen anyways, but it has to be put on hold for a couple of minutes) they leave.
