Save files are corrupted

When I try to load something, only some of the bricks appear.
I'm almost certain it has to do with my corrupted computer; one day I couldn't log on so it gave me a temporary profile; In order to fix it I had to copy-pasta my entire old folder to a new one, but I didn't have enough memory to hold both at once and I couldn't cut it for some reason
So most of my stuff on this computer is corrupted; I.E firefox has no bookmarks, nor does internet explorer, desktop was cleared, etc.
How can I uncorrupt them?
