Strato's Bus Does not work

OK i have downloaded Stratos bus and it does not work i unchecked all addons but the bus and it still doesn't work, anything i can do?

I think it was crap-on'd, and besides, it sucked anyway. It was released too early.

it wasn't crap-on'd its in modification discussion

Crap-on'd means it has been disabled ingame. Fail-binned is the forum/rtb equivilant.
