Can't host a dedicated

When I try to host a dedicated server this message appears:

Something like that happened to me. but it would just crash as soon as i tried to join it.

Did you move the Dedicated batch file out of the blockland folder?

Please, please don't say you installed Blockland in System32 like the last idiot that got this error.
