Learning to read is pretty crucial to participating in a forum. It will also serve you well in life.

Four levels is nothing in a Pokemon game. You'll get through that in ten minutes. Why pick a starter solely on that reason? Your starter should work well with the the team you plan on building in the endgame.

Robo knows jack-stuff about pokemon, don't argue because he'll only make you lose more braincells.
