I just noticed something: What the hell is that shell if it's not a Pokemon? Slowpoke evolves into Slowbro upon being bitten by this thing, apparently, but look at it That looks like some sort of animal, and in a world without animals, wouldn't that make it a Pokemon? Why isn't it a separate one? It's the only Pokemon I can think of that's made of two animal-like creatures. |

It's a Shellder that evolved with the Slowpoke. The slowpoke evolving altered the shellder's evolution, probably. |

That's kind of odd considering that looks nothing like Shellder or Cloyster and most Pokemon are at least somewhat recognizable from their pre-evolutions. |
