Apparently doesn't want to install on Vista 64-bit, rage :(.
D:
It works for me and I use the 64-bit.
:D

Triple Poast. But just wanted to share.

I started out peaceful, didn't want much war with the Norse. Then I had an idea/awakening. If I took all of the towns near the mountain passes, I could shield my capital from the Norse. Now you must understand, these towns were completely empty, for the people had migrated to my capital.

So I had to:
Capture the town.
Build defenses around teh town.
Re-build the important buildings in the town.
Pick up workers from the capital, and then make them all breeders ( :D ) in the new town.
Repeat for each mountain pass.

Been a busy few hours. :D

I always defended from my capital city as good.

They can TRY to take my walls down.

wolf.
tiger.
ape.
cow.
lion.
Black and White had even more creatures + more if you got the creatures island expansion pack. :(

A bear, troll, turtle (comeback in Battle of the Gods :D) bird.. did I forgot something?

:D

Downloading demo.
It already sounds fun.

Is there a playable Black and White 1 demo?
I can't be bothered with b+w 2, since it's big and my download speed is slow

Today, I shall kick thy Norse asses, and then build a small suburban area for my town. :D

Nope.

Don't even bother with BnW1. It's only worth it for the story.
Doing things are 100% more complex in BnW1 than BnW2. Teaching your creature involves literally "monkey see monkey do" techniques which take forever, there are no walls, you convert villages through belief and there are numerous bugs.

Nope.

And it has no 2 in it's name.

I actually have the box for the 2nd one sitting right next to me this very moment.

I started playing this game when I was nine or ten. It was the best game ever back then. It was easy, funny and I always had something to do and I actually even cried when I finished the game with 12 years of age.

I'm looking at it right now while holding BnW1 cd case.

I remember buying BnW2. It was the first ever "big-plastic-box" styled PC game case, instead of traditional cardboard boxes with a jewel plastic cd case. I was like "wtf".
