The N64 games I own still work. Even "Hey you! Pikachu!" I thought wouldn't work after all the years the microphone has been collecting dust lol.

Never got the 007 mode :(
Egyptian mission is so hard on the biggest difficulty.
Also my N64 is one of that limited edition green transparent ones, and the power cord doesnt works, so i cant play for alot of time.
