Wand Missle

Are there any weapons out like the destructo wand except it would be like an rpg and would permenantly destroy whatever it hits? If there isn't, could someone make one?

well yea, but i wanted a missle so i could demolish it so that it would look like a nuclear explosion happened.

Blowtorch? Same thing as the destructo wand only it shoots destructo bullets.
