Not really.
However one of the gms or admins or whatever they're called will give you one ticket to get a beta hat.
You can also get a wooden sword which sucks and does 1 damage.
There's also 'epic' items which you can't buy. If you kill someone who has one, they drop it.

Only epic items, such as tommay's sword and the teddy bear.

Keep in mind there's much more to come, and there will be more things you can buy with tokens.
This includes guns, shields, and other things.
