Is it possible for anyone to make a lego minifig like someone has released before but with changeable Arm colors and leg colors and whatever decal you wear on your shirt it puts on too.

I personally find this would be a great idea.

Also when you click it moves its arms too.

Yes, but if you wanted to make it a GUI, it would take a stuffload of scripting, or a stuffload of .jpgs with all different colors.

Soon To Be:

I will settle for the colored arms and legs and plate
with moving arms :)
