Hat Problem?

Nintendo Boy:

Whenever I wear some of my hats, there will be random holes in them and I can see my head through it. Does anybody know how I can fix this? Thanks.

Graphic update? Also, If you also have this problem, it's defiantly a graphics update, this happened to mine.
