I agree, this one may not have a grenade launcher but has a color that makes it look modern and pandan's grenade launcher on his rifle didn't really have much effort, one shot and that's it.

Isn't making military weapons unoriginal in itself whether someone else made it already or not?

Pretty much, I made a WW2 Tiger Tank. Best loving tank ever, that's my excuse and it doesn't look out of place in Blockland.
