Oasis:
Isn't it the speed your falling that falling damage uses?
Deathwishez:
Note: The average person walks 3 mph. The average person can jog up to 6 mph with ease. The average person can also run around 12 mph, but cannot uphold this speed for a long period of time.

The Blockhead runs at 7 bps (This was calculated through events). If calculated correctly, this equates to 3.5 mph, which is fairly close to 3 mph.

Is that to scale? If so, that means a blockhead running could keep stride with your walk. Fast little buggers.

LOL!

*building in a themed build server*
An idiot comes in the server, spawns a gun, massacres everyone. All their keys get deactivated. Nopls.

It is not to scale. One brick is about 1 cm in real life, meaning 7 bps is equal to 7 cm/s. 1 cm = 0.393700787 in. 0.393700787*7 = 2.755905509 in, or 9921.2598324 in/hr, or 0.156585540284090909090909090 90909 mph. Therefore, 44.70400004559808004651004164 7466 bps = 1 mph, where as 134.1120001367942401395301249 424 bps = 3 mph. Therefore, no. It is not to scale.
