BFBC2 - M14 EBR

I was watching some BFBC2 videos, and the guy playing was explaining the M14 EBR. Yeah, I really can't wait until tomorrow to check. Is it veteran-only and, if not, what level do you get it at (It's for every class)?

M14 is an all-kit weapon unlock.

Yeah, I know. I didn't pit that in exact words, but I said "It's for every class." I was wondering when you get it, and if it's only BF Veterans.
