spotlights are broken

Same for me. I think they are just broken.

Probably, do you know who the author of it is?

Ask him/her sometime, he may say something like "I know, have to fix it" or "Maybe you didn't download it right" or "try redownloading it" ect.

They were removed because there broken update the lights.
