Ubuntu 9.10 /Wine

ok so i had this problem where i could not open blockland for 5 seconds before it froze i found out that if you do not have the Internet on Blockland Runs Perfectly fine Crystal Clear on Wine But as soon as you connect to the internet Blockland Freezes on Wine is there a Possibility of getting Blockland to work on Ubuntu running Wine While connected to the Internet?

Yes, the crashing problem is due to the way Blockland connects to its database. Chrono posted a fix, but I can't find the link.
