To do all of the things you wanted:
Wrench a zombie brick, set the vehicle as standard bot, pick a random outfit, and type /apply Av.
Re-wrench it, go to events, and add:
Onbotspawn>bot>setmovement>wander> [ ]
Onbotattacked>bot>setmovement>wander> [x]
then, hit SEND, then re-wrench, and hit respawn. Now he will walk around, but when shot, will run.
