I don't use emulators, instead of download ROMs then use an EEPROM programmer to fit them onto ICs then make my own bootleg cartridges

No, you shut up, you uneducated, opinion-pushing moron. I'm pretty sure that owning a copy of a game that you did not pay for violates the license of the game, whether you ripped it or not.
