Dedicated server hosting, auto maticly enables all addons

when I host a Dedi all my addons become enabled and stay that way until I end the server and un-check things on the list, does anyone know the reason for this?

Uncheck the add-ons before you start?

that's the problem it automatically enables any addon not enabled

same problem. I cant host dedi's.
