For example there's a car with 3000 fuel and you shoot it once and it explodes ?
In real life you cannot blow a car up by shooting it's fuel tank or whatever

Three times the direct damage, nearly double damage radius, yeah. It uses the Homing Rocketlauncher rockets, I don't know, but they lock onto enemy players I think? Oh and let's not forget the Hind's homing missiles, they literally break everything they hit, and the autocannon.
