Maybe it wouldn't be a riot shield as such but I'm sure the British Police used some special rubber shield type thing when there was a crazed murderer with a shotgun running around. I think we ended up tazing him in the head.

That could handle bullets for a while.
I don't see why they didn't include this in MW2.
It would be a pretty cool upgrade.

Most riot shields are supposed to protect from low calibre pistols and shotguns firing birdshot. They aren't as good as they are in CoD despite what all those little idiots think.
