I'm no expert guys, but it may be some sort of weaponry. My super awesome senses tell me it's a flamethrower.

Doesn't look like a flamethrower, i don't see a fuel tank, and flamethrowers aren't usually mounted like this with gunshields on a vehicle
Looks like a 50 cal machinegun to me, maybe M2 Browning
