I think that the hind's pilot should have the MG and the co-pilot rockets. Idk. It's kind of annoying when you're driving it with the target and can't shoot nothing.

Indeed.
It's quite funny to see how Hinds and T90s explode after a 2 seconds barrage of the MG while all the rockets and missiles do no damage to them
