And as for the XM-8 debate ( that rhymes  ) What so special about it? (no disrespect to Gravity Cat) Sure its a nice gun but I think we have enough assault rifles already in this pack, dont you?

Well he asked if the XM8 should be the assault rifle for the expansion pack. And what do you mean "older-style"? You mean like a WW2 pack? I already gave my opinion on that. It WOULD be awesome having grav make a pack of WW2 guns. But at the same time, I think we should save it for later so we can concentrate on modern stuff all at once, then WW2 stuff as a different project.

Anyway. As I said. He wont make them because he doesn't like them. And he doesn't change his mind. I like M4s and M16s, and I love if he made them too. But he wont.

Also in terms of realism. M16s can't shoot if they are submerged in water correct? That M16s need alot of care and they don't handle harsh conditions very well. So if we aren't worrying about the M16s durability issues, why should we worry about the XM8s durability issues?

Most guns can't shoot when submerged under water, and EVERY gun needs a lot of care. The M16 is fine in harsh conditions. You don't think Nam was a harsh condition?

Ok fair enough. The point is, the durability of a gun isn't really something to look at when making Blockland weapons. Durability aside, there's nothing wrong with the XM8, so there isn't anything wrong with an XM8 in Blockland.

I was thinking the same thing at one point. And I think I suggested it once... If you read through the 150 pages, I have like a dozen lists of suggestions, and I'm sure it was in there somewhere. I think the response was he didn't like it :P
