I don't unban in certain cases (such like spamming or teamkilling). I unban if the person asks me. And if I can clearly see that the person learned from that ban. "Plz unban me" doesn't sound like the ban accomplished it's purpose.

Totally uninteresting stuff:
Cleaned up some small models (shells, bullets and G19/sup) and was able to reduce the filesizes. Also made some adjustments on the G19 model.
