You can stop dreaming. GCat is very unlikely to come back to Blockland - and even if he does, he probably wouldn't actively work on add-ons anymore. The main reasons for this are the lack of a proper dedicated server and a lack of interest in Blockland itself.
Now this doesn't mean he will be gone forever - maybe someday he will make an epic comeback like Stratofortress.

Bump.

You should release a bug fix for the Raycast Weapons. The damage type has the wrong file directories(causes in error in the chat when you start the server).
%client.setControlCameraFov(%player.client.defaultZoom); is never actually called in gameConnection::onDeath because the variable name is wrong(this also caused a syntax error), it should do %this.setControlCameraFov(%this.defaultZoom);.
