A working helicopter and a hang glider with a propellor/jet on top

Is it possible to add velocity up and down simultaneously when it's not moving?
Or you click a key to toggle it?

Can't you bind a key to a cancel velocity function or something?

I say up and down would be enough, this would be awesome. Would you consider making this Heedicalking?
