No, that's the Needle Laser you're thinking of. The Arc Wielder fires a continuous bright blue arc of electricity that attaches to enemies and shocks them until dead. It's fun.

Dude, just start with Jak 3. Every weapon I just mentioned in that huge list is from Jak 3. The only weapons from that list that are in Jak 2 are the Scatter Gun, the Blaster, the Vulcan Fury, and the Peacemaker.
