I just looked at them and I must say it looks nice, although you could use a little more color variation. Perhaps try a different colorset, like Trueno's or something.

It depends on what colorset you change to. They won't all change to the same color, but some might change according to the colorset.

If I understand the question right, it will change the colors of the bricks from the colorset you were using to their closest match in the new colorset.
...though sometimes I think the "match" is a bit farfetched.
