Why cant i allow killing in my TDM's?

I'm kinda a noob still but i have a deathrun but when the runners have to kill the deaths they cant D:!  So how please tell me ;D :iceCream: :iceCream: :iceCream: :iceCream: :iceCream: :iceCream: :iceCream: :iceCream: :iceCream:

Yes it is and ive redownloaded TDM 3 times!

If you have a zombie add-on (I don't recall which) go down to the bottom of the mini-game options and click basic, and turn on friendly fire. Having that turned off prevents players in a mini-game from hurting each other.
