You all complain that these weapons were stolen from Bushido. Ok, I admit, all evidence points to the code being stolen. But I digress. Technically, isn't all the code from this game stolen from somewhere else? All weapons in this game have a predecessor. Sometimes, we get a new weapon that adds a brand new thing, but then many weapons using the same thing appear. So lighten up, I wouldn't be suprised if OTHER people start doing the same thing Ryukta did. It follow the same cycle as all the other weapons.
TL;DR: This happens all the time. Don't freak out.
