Crashing upon L4D2 starting

If you have Metamod or Sourcemod, they broke.

Apparently my graphics card is too advanced for L4D2 so when I try to play it crashes, and when I can play for a short amount of time, the weapons are super chrome and basically really white and shiny... then it crashes... :/
