one of my dwarves is raving mad and is making the other dwarves look for a way to commit Self Delete, one is berserk and has so far murdered 3 dwarves and smashed just about everything in my fort, and now the ceiling caved in and crushed 4 miners! woohoo!

I think you may need to restart your fort there bro.
Also, use supports next time :V
