Well i got it installed....

but the screen is all outta proportion... i cant see the top half.. even on fullscreen mode

I think it's got to do with your resolution since maydays tiles are slightly bigger, if your under 1024 x 768 try going larger.

I keep on running out of food before I can dig a farm and irrigate it, are there any special things you need to have besides a Depot to recieve caravans?

I found it extremely easy to pick up, once you watch a tutorial vid explaining how to choose a map location and how to dig and such the rest comes pretty easily :D

it depends whihc version you're playing

new version you need to irrigate but you can irrigate rock and that will work
old version any soil or irrigated rock

i made a farm but it keeps saying "Mud must be wet and become muddy before it can be used"
