Author Topic: Hiding Bodyparts/ Mounting modles to Bodyparts  (Read 1768 times)

I want to know how I can: Hide Bodyparts like an arm/hand.
And how to mount an object to a bodypart other than the right hand, like a hat.

%player.hideNode("___"); and insert node into blank. To unhide, simply change hideNode to unHideNode.

use mountimage, i believe

The Nodes are "lhand, rhand, body, pants, lfoot, rfoot, head, larm, and rarm" right?

You may want to also hide the "lhook" and "rhook" parts.

Like the electric guitar blatantly forgot... I suppose I got the Nodes correct?

"headskin" not "head".

There's also some more like the skis, thin arms, alternate chest, peg legs and skirt parts.

All right. That helps.

Is the "Mount Image" how you set the mount point like Placid said? And what should the code look like?

Ok, I got that. The Nodes are all good. But is the "Mount Image" how you set the mount point like Placid said? And what should the code look like?

Throwing a random question out here.
For anybody who's used Anybody's Eyelander, they should know how it  fakekills their head when you kill them.

Would it be possible for an explosion of some sort to fakekill all the nodes?

It doesn't actually "fakekill" the head. It removes the head and spawns a physics object.

So does that not mean it's possible for gibbing mods?
As in when a player dies it makes a physical prop of all the nodes?

Of course, it might lag a bit.

Glad you found answers, there's a wiki topic about amades bot events if you need any more help.
