I'm pretty sure TGE 3D has a feature where you can embed your game into a webpage. Pretty fancy.

Unity3D is specifically designed for browser games, they also recently released the old version for free since they updated to a vastly more powerful version

It does indeed. If I were to choose an engine, I would probably go with Unity. It's getting more and more powerful, and can also be embedded into web pages. It's also free, so that's always a major plus.
