If he's already started then he already bought TGE and probably doesn't want that money to goto waste.

I did use to use unity engine but i think i like torque 3d better but the unity engine is pretty good

Heh, this topic reminds me of how I should continue to work on my own game with it's custom game engine in C and OpenGL. I probably will make a lot more headway in the summer.
