Of course it's possible. Anything can be turned into a vehicle.
I could make a gaint Badspot head that fires lasers from its eyes.
All it takes is a model, a script, and a person with common sense.
Surprisingly, many people here lack some of those skills.

cool, but can you teach me how to script.

I don't know how to script. I just know how to copy and paste values, then I change things.
After changing enough things, I know what does what, and I know why many flying vehicles classified as a flying vehicle can't fly well.
