Laser beam

Should we have a laser beam that comes in red, green, and blue. Un-like the laser pointer, it wont burn anyone, it will just shoot a colored beam from a silver like tube. that is like the laser pointer, just point, and click.

Should just make the option of enabling damage on the laser pointer and changing colors in the pref section of server controls.
