The term you are searching for is "porting" the maps.  To do this you need the .mis file, the skybox files, the water files, description, and the texture files all organized correctly in a .zip fie where you name the map whatever you want.

Next, upload to mediafire or some other site like rtb.

Ok, I have my map and everything is ready.  But I cant move it to my add-ons folder, why?  I save it in my add-ons and it says I did.  But when I look in my documents, it's not there.
