And Yet it Moves had a laggy demo even when I had it lower settings but it ran great when I actually got it.

I couldn't run FUEL at a decent framerate on a 8500, i doubt you will on a lower power card.

Depends on your settings I guess. I ran it at okay frames at mid-to-low settings on my radeon 3450.
