The Guy Behind Badspot, FOUND!!
The Russian:
There were a bunch of pictures of Eric Hartman on kompressor's (the guy with ID 1) Flickr. Kompressor is also know as Ben Garney who works with Eric at Garage Games and made the octagon trees.
Now time to find that flickr

His father must have been German. I'm not sure if he's all German, though......One of those pictures made him look a bit like Dean Martin. :o
