I didn't follow what you mean, but I suppose you meant that you made it, not are creating it as I got it at first...?

mctwist, you already made command /startrp and /endrp. frist host build house, office, etc, then need bots. set spawnbrick, host use wrench enable bot, ai, zombie, etc... host keep look list try find it. instead my idea without wrench, when host enable rp core on, then itself (police bot) pop up spawn and walk around. I talk about this
