Protips: Shoot people. Don't be one of the 4 snipers on your team that have a total score all together of around 4. Seriously, one or two snipers is enough and you probably suck at it anyway. If your team lacks a certain class, go for it. Exception being scout since thats mainly for Arena maps and stuff more or less. No medics? Be a medic. No demos? Be a demo. No heavies and you might be losing soon? Be a heavy, assuming you have skill you might turn the tide of battle. For the love of Jesus balls don't play in a server with 500 ping and whine about lag, or crank your settings up to ultra high on a Pentium M 1.6 GHz, 256 MB RAM and an Intel 915/910 GM Express chip. Your gameplay experience will die and people will think you suck since you're trying to shoot at something that was rendered five seconds ago. |
