Window washer
Arcleader:
So you finally finished your house. What are you going to do now? Wash it of coarse! Get your neighbors jealous!

Needs more detail. But what I imagine is like a Windex spray, where you spray it, spawns a soapy emitter on target, then after around 3 seconds it fades away to be replaced by a gleaming emitter?

That would be either great or terrible in an RP server.
But it doesn't sound like a bad idea.
