PJ boy uses cheat engine.
I shot him with an Old School in the head in scope mode and he didnt die, then he turned around and blew my head off in less than 2 seconds.

The OSR can be unreliable :/

I think if you are far away from someone the OSR does more damage. So if your right up in there face it could take more then one shot.
