I'd get Jets coming out of my hands? And is there any way to make the jets blue?

Are blue jets the only thing you want here?!

Nope. Read the whole thing. I want jets out of the hands, and feet, both colored blue.

also give it a really good hover, as in it stays at the exact altitude you put it. then i would use for building. also, BE QUIET ABOUT THE BLUE JETS! plz honestly, we hve a blue jet playertype already. the hands wouldnt work when you click it would be wierd. so unless you have a working solution for that, that isnt difficult for a scripter, this would just be a pain to make.

Hover. Heck no. You wouldn't be able to land.
And I've seen the Blue jets, gtfo. I want the hand jets to come out blue aswell. Besides, Maybe the way you've done the hands came out wrong, but I'm pretty sure there are other ways of doing it.
